Twin Girls Update

I've posted about these twin girls in Haiti a few times. They were incredibly malnourished just a few months ago and they are getting bigger. Here are some comments from the missionaries providing formula for them:
The twins came for a weigh-in today. They are up over 7lbs now and starting to
have cheeks. We could not be more pleased with their progress and are so
thankful to God for protecting them during those scary first few weeks, when you
think about what sort of treatment a 3 or 4 lb baby would get in the USA and
what these twins ended up getting, you're even MORE aware of God's Hand and the
miracles that happen all the time here. Keep praying for growth and good health
for these lovely little ladies.

Thank you to those of you who prayed for these girls. They are still only the size of newborns, but they are gaining weight and getting good care.

The girls look beautiful! They are indeed a miracle. They have touched my heart since you began posting about them. Thanks so much for the update.

These are twins that aren't for adoption, although their mom passed away. They are being cared for by relatives and the Livesays are providing formula. They were grotesquely malnourished at a few weeks old, weighing in at only 3 lbs each. It broke my heart and lots of people have been praying for them so I share the updates as I read them on the Livesay's Blog.
